Clarus Gigabit Internet

$3,500 + Tax install fee

$150 + Tax Per month

– Fiber based internet with up to 1 Gigabit speeds- no data caps (WIFI extenders sold separately )

– Fiber Modem Included

– WIFI Router included (upon request)

– Third Party WIFI is compatible with the Clarus Solution

– WIFI Extenders are sold at $125 each. The main router (included in your package) can cover up to 1500 square feet. Each additional extender can cover approximately 600 square feet, depending on home layout and construction materials.

Frequently asked questions

Once you submit the form, please allow some time for a Clarus Representative to call you back and discuss your selections. 

Once we have called you to confirm your services, our representative will give you a window for installations in your area. You will receive a second call and email to schedule and confirm your in home installation.

Once we confirm your services, our construction team will run fiber from the road to the side of your home. They will follow your current utility path and do their best to avoid any damage to your lawn. You do not have to be present for this step. This is not a part of the in home installation process.

The Clarus Team will be sending regular communications through your POA Board to keep you informed on construction dates and what parts of your community we will be working on at any given time. 

Please do your best to complete the necessary information in order to submit the form. When a Clarus Representative calls you back, they will walk you through all options and explain pricing and packaging in detail. Submitting the form does not obligate you to any purchases. The Clarus Team will also visit your community to sign up and inform residents in person. Your POA Board will keep you informed on these dates and times.

When a Clarus Technician finishes your in home installation, you will be sent login credentials to your portal where you will be able to pay monthly bills and set up auto pay.
